Big News! We’ve secured funding from the National Lottery Community Fund to take Wiltshire by storm with our brand-new project, ConnextSteps—running for the next three years coming this Summer!

What’s ConnextSteps all about? It’s about young people dreaming big, breaking barriers, and proving that having additional needs doesn’t mean limiting ambition. We’re here to make sure every young person in Wiltshire has the support, opportunities, and confidence to chase their dreams and build a future that excites them.

How will we do it? We’ll work with young people aged 14–25 who’ve told us they need extra support to step into adulthood. Our Life Connectors will be their biggest cheerleaders, working 1:1 and in groups to help them navigate the next stage of their journey.

But that’s not all! We’re also launching The Ambitions Collective, a space for an unstoppable tribe of young people to come together, share ideas, and use the people and resources around them to shape their future. Whether it’s starting a business or heading to the pub for the first time, this collective is all about amplifying young voices and making things happen.
