Independent Living Centre (Semington)
Free, impartial advice, to elderly and disabled people, offering practical solutions for easier living, within the Wiltshire, Bath and Mendip areas. You can book an appointment with their Occupational Therapist to see and try a wide range of products. They have a part-time Benefits Adviser available to help with claims and are happy to provide information to carers, family, friends and professional staff.
West of England CIL
WECIL (The West of England Centre for Inclusive Living) is a charity run by and for disabled people in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
Disability Cornwall & the Isles of Scilly
A user led and membership organisation for people of all ages living with a long term health condition or disability, their carers and families in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
DOTS Disability (Dorset)
A Community Interest Company, established in 2007 by disabled people, older people and carers. The social enterprise arm of the charity Access Dorset, providing access to consultation with disabled people from across the impairment groups, training and Occupational Therapy services.
Living Options (Devon)
Living Options Devon (LOD) is a user-led charity championing needs and rights, and providing vital support so people with disabilities and Deaf people (who use British Sign Language (BSL)) are empowered to live the life they choose.

Wiltshire Council has made a commitment to help adults across Wiltshire get confident with the basics of computers and the web. It doesn’t matter whether that’s a laptop, desktop, tablet or smart phone – we want to make sure that everyone who wants to take that step into the digital age can access the support they need to do so – for FREE. Wiltshire Council has a large team of volunteers called digital champions, who provide free, basic computer support to people in their local community.
Computer Access in Libraries
All Wiltshire libraries provide access to computers with an internet connection. Library members can book up to two sessions a day on a computer for free.
