Make Someone Welcome
Make Someone Welcome is a campaign which aims to get people from all walks of life connected in our community. Our Make Someone Welcome session is interactive; generating educational, interesting, and insightful debates and conversations to discuss perceptions of disabled people, barriers people face and the positive difference we can all make. As well as how disabled people should be seen as valued and integral members of their community. The session is written and delivered by people with lived experience of disability
Duration: 1 – 1.5 hour (6-8 participants)
Becoming a Disability Ally
The Becoming a Disability Ally session is written and delivered by people with lived experience of disability. It is a brief introduction to the everyday discrimination and inequalities that disabled people face. It is an interactive session which gives you the opportunity to share your own thoughts and experiences and learn from each other. We also consider our own attitudes and what we can all do to help tackle some of the inequalities disabled people face on a daily basis
Duration: 1 – 1.5 hour (6-8 participants)

Workshops are delivered face to face in our Devizes Offices*
Charity / public sector – Free** Commercial / profit-making organisations – £165.00 per workshop
*workshops delivered elsewhere may incur additional costs **please enquire about cost if multiple workshops required

Facilitators
We have trained and experienced facilitators, two of whom are disabled people.
We are happy to discuss your needs and offer a bespoke package to include 1:1 support, i.e. shadowing support planning visits.
